摘要
^(98m)Tc-(d,l)HM-PAO(或ECD)脑灌注断层显像能灵敏、无创伤性、立体、定量地反映脑局部血供的状态,因此,可作为客观判断标准。实验数据证实了体外反搏确能明显改善局部脑缺血状况。
The therapeutic effects of regional cerebral ischemia using sequential external coun terpulsation are evaluated in this paper by brain perfusion SPECT with 99mTc-(d,1) HM-PAO or 99mTc-ECD, which is well known as a noninvasive, sensitive, quantitative, three dimensional diagnosis method for brain diseases according to the region and degree of ischemia.
