全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的:对人工全髋关节置换(THR)的病例进行总结分析,评价应用全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果。方法:总结我院2001年1月至2004年12月收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者38例,男16例,女22例,平均年龄70.5岁,均采用后路全髋关节置换。对患者术前、术后的症状、体征、X线片进行总结评价,以Harris评分为标准。结果:患者在术后6个月、1年及3年时Harris评分明显高于术前,及早恢复患肢功能,生活质量明显改善,基本满足日常生活。结论:全髋关节置换是髋关节重建的一种有效方法。
