摘要
目的探讨子宫捆绑术(B-Lynch缝扎术)在剖宫产术中难治性产后出血中的应用价值。方法对2005年9月-2007年9月我院产科8例剖宫产术中难治性产后出血患者采用子宫捆绑术的病例进行回顾性分析。结果8例患者出血均得到控制,成功保留了子宫,术后无任何副作用。结论子宫捆绑术是处理剖宫产术中顽固性宫缩乏力性出血的一种安全、有效的方法,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of B-Lynch suture for the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section operations. Methods A retrospective analysis was used to explore eight cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage managed by B-Lynch suture during September 2005 to September 2007. Results All patients had been rescued. The bleeding symptoms were successfully controlled,the uterus hysterectomy was avoided and no side effects were found after the operation. Conclusions B-Lynch suture is a safe and effective method to treat uterine atony in cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage,and merits more and more attention.
