摘要
信息资源分布于不同地区、行业和组织之中,其配置过程受到多元配置主体的共同作用,必须经过协同运作才能实现最终配置目标。运用协同学基本原理,以科学协同观为主导,分析信息资源协同配置系统的组成要素。在此基础上制定信息资源协同配置实现机制、控制机制和反馈机制,构建信息资源优化配置模型,通过具体数据对模型进行实证分析。
Information resources are distributed over different regions, industries and organizations, and the allocation process is influenced by multi-configuration bodies. In order to achieve the final allocation target the authors use basic tenets of the scientific and concept of synergy-oriented, analyze the information resources synergetic allocation system components, and based on the framework, establish specific information resources with configuration mechanisms, control mechanisms and feedback mechanisms, The authors also constructing information resources allocation model and analyzing the model empirically through the specific data.
