摘要
针对舰船装备零失效的情况,首先对小子样指数分布可靠性评定进行了研究,给出了基于随机加权的Monte Carlo仿真方法;同时对于未知母体分布的装备,采用该方法对其MTBF进行评定。实例说明能很好解决零失效情况下舰船装备的可靠性评定问题。
In order simulation method to assess the reliability of naval ship equipment on zero failure data, a Monte Carlo was proposed by randomly weighting test samples on the basis of analyzing the reliability assessment of the exponential distribution and the small samples. The MTBF of naval ship equipment for unknown mother' s body distribution was assessed by the proposed method. Examples proved that these methods can solve the problem efficiently.
