黏贴钢板加固持荷钢筋混凝土T型梁模型试验 被引量:23

摘要 为了研究锚固间距、持荷对黏贴钢板加固钢筋混凝土梁加固效果的影响,以8片钢筋混凝土T型梁实桥缩尺模型试验为基础,对不同锚固间距及有无初应力作用下,黏贴钢板加固钢筋混凝土T型梁的力学性能进行了系统的试验研究。试验结果表明:加固后梁的裂缝间距减小,数量增加,宽度减小;增加钢板用量和减小锚固间距均能有效提高开裂荷载和极限荷载,降低梁的挠度,但是构件的破坏形态将发生改变;初始荷载对梁后期挠度的发展影响不大,但使钢板应变滞后,梁的延性提高;锚固间距对梁的延性也有较大影响。 In order to study reinforcement effects influence of anchor space and preloaded on strengthening RC T-beam by bonded steel plates, based on scale model test of 8 RC T-beams, the systematic experimental study of mechanical behaviors of strengthened RC T-beam by bonded steel plates with the different anchor spaces under initial stress were carried on. Test results show that crack space reduces, quantity increases and width decreases after being reinforced; increasing the steel plates and reducing the anchor space can improve cracking load and limit load effectively,and can decrease deflection, but the failure forms of the components will change; initial load has a little effect on development of the deflection in anaphase, but it makes the strain delay to steel plates with initial load, so the ductility with initial load is larger than that with no initial load; reducing anchor space will have great influence to the ductility of the T-beam.
