摘要
目的观察骨保护素配体(Osteoprotegerin Ligand,OPGL)在鼠炎症性牙龈组织中的表达。方法12只Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组和正常对照组。实验组用丝线结扎大鼠第二磨牙并喂高糖水方法建立牙龈炎模型,术后1周处死动物,制作组织标本,用免疫组织化学方法检测OPGL在大鼠牙龈组织中的表达。结果实验组术后3d局部检查即显示牙龈组织探诊出血;术后1周牙龈探诊出血明显,免疫组织化学结果显示OPGL在鼠炎症性牙龈组织中的阳性表达细胞明显增多;OPGL表达细胞主要为中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、牙龈上皮细胞、成纤维细胞。对照组牙龈组织内OPGL阳性表达细胞数目较少。结论大鼠炎症性牙龈组织中OPGL表达升高,提示OPGL可能与牙龈炎症有关。
Objective To examine the expression of osteoprotegerin ligand(OPGL)in experimental rat model of gingival diseases. Methods Twelve Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental rat model of gingival diseases was established by suturing the neck of Wistar rat ' s second molars and feeding high sugar food. Sacrificed rats after one week, excised teeth, gingival tissues and alveolar bones. Qualitative analysis of OPGL expression by immunohistoehemistry in inflammatory gingival tissues. Results Rats of experiment group were probed gingival bleeding after 3 days and gingival bleeding seriously after one week. Immunohistochemical studies showed that OPGL positive cells highly increased than normal gingival tissues. Strong staining of OPGL were observed polymorphonuclear leucocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, epithelial cells and fibroblasts of gingival tissues. OPGL positive cells in control group' s gingival tissues were lower than that in experimental model group' s. Conclusion The up-regulation of OPGL expression is probably associated with the gingival diseases in rats.
