摘要
根据可持续发展（ＳｕｓｔａｉｎａｂｌｅＤｅｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔ）理论，重点探讨了水资源可持续性存在依据、可持续利用的支持条件、发展模式、演变控制等；给出了一个水资源持续利用理论与实践框架。
Fundamental issues such as basic laws, supporting conditions, development modes, and evolution control modes, which arises from sustaining water resources utilization, are focused upon in the light of sustainable development theory. Futhermore, a theoretical and practical framework is briefly outlined.
