摘要 目的:研究竹叶兰的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据各种波谱数据和文献数据对照进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定两个化合物,分别为化合物3’,3’-二羟基-5’-甲氧基联苄(batatasinⅢ)(Ⅰ)、山奈酚-3-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-0-β-D-glucopyranoside)(Ⅱ),化合物。结论:两个化合物均为首次从竹叶兰中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the Arundina graminifolia (D. Don) Hochr. Method : The compounds of the Arundina graminifolia ( D. Don) Hochr. separated by multi - chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. Resuh: Two known compounds were isolated and identified as ( I ) ( batatasin Ⅲ ), ( Ⅱ ) kaemferol - 3 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside.Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the examined sample for the first time.
