焊缝跟踪过程的自动化和智能化是未来焊接技术的发展方向。文章介绍了经典控制、模糊控制、专家系统、神经网络和复合控制智能控制理论及其在焊接过程控制的应用,分析和探讨了焊接过程智能控制技术的发展现状及趋势。为以后智能焊接技术的研究提供了理论基础。
The automatic and intelligent control of seam tracking is the trend of the technology in the welding system, This article introduces several intelligent control theories such as the classical control, fuzzy control, expert system and neutral network and their applications in the process of welding system.
