摘要
目的了解社区医生糖尿病(DM)的诊疗知识水平并对"以病例为引导,以问题为中心"的新型继续教育模式的培训效果进行评价。方法2002年7~10月,对北京市海淀区和朝阳区的632名医师进行DM诊疗知识基线问卷调查;对海淀区实施新型培训模式,朝阳区仍沿用常规的继续教育模式;2004年7~10月,对两区医生的培训效果进行评价。结果(1)社区医生DM诊疗知识水平较低。(2)接受新型培训模式的医生DM诊治水平的平均总分由53.0提高到85.6(P<0.01)。(3)处于常规教育模式下医生的平均总分由50.9提高到52.2(P>0.05)。结论"以病例为引导,以问题为中心"的新型继续教育模式明显优于常规的继续教育模式。
Objective To estimate diabetes knowledge level of physicians in district and community hospitals of Beijing and evaluate the training effects of new continuing medical education model. Methods From July to October 2002, the preintervention survey was carried out among 632 physicians in Haidian and Chaoyang district. The postintervention survey was conducted during July to October 2004. Results 1. The knowledge level for diabetes diagnosis and treatment of physicians in district and community hospitals are low before training. 2. The mean score of physicians in Haidian district was increased from 53.0 to 85.6(P〈0. 01) after training. 3. The mean score of physicians in Chaoyang district was increased from 50.9 to 52.2(P〈0.05) after training. Conclusions The new model has potential to improve the knowledge level for diabetes diagnosis and treatment of physicians.
