摘要
我国公务员奖励制度在现有法律规定和实践运用中存在着诸多需要完善的地方。应该加强对奖励授予主体、奖励授予条件、奖励授予程序和奖励救济、监督等方面的规范,使该制度真正纳入法治化的轨道。
There are many problems in our system of civil servants encouragement. In order to realize the legalization of the system of civil servants encouragement, we should standardize the organizations of granting encouragement, the conditions of encouragement, the procedure of granting encouragement, the approach of remedy and the supervising to encouragement.
