摘要
目的探讨cyclin G1,G2蛋白表达与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化(S-P)方法,对32例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌和26例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤的cyclin G1,G2蛋白表达进行检测。结果32例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌和卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤组织中cyclin G1蛋白表达阳性百分比分别为84.37%和30.77%,cyclin G2分别为21.88%和61.54%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。cyclin G1蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中表达增高,cyclinG2蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中表达减低。结论cyclin G1,G2蛋白表达改变可能与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生机制有关。
Objective To study the cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 protein expression in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma. Methods Matched ovarian serous cystadenoma tissues from 26 patients and ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma tissues from 32 patients were analyzed for the expression of cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 protein by immunohistochemistry (S-P) method. Results There was significant difference between serous cystadenocarcinoma and serous cystadenoma by S-P method. In 32 serous cystadenocarcinoma and 26 serous cystadenoma, the positive rates of cyclin G1 protein were 84.37%(27/32) and 30.77% (8/26) and the positive rates of cyclin G2 protein were 21.88%(7/32) and 61.54%(16/26) ,both with statistically significant difference between serous cystadenocarcinoma and serous cystadenoma (P 〈 0.01 ). Cyclin G1 protein was highly expressed in the serous cystadenocarcinoma,while cyclin G2 was expressed less in the carcinoma tissues. Conclusion The expression of cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma raay play an important role in the carcinogenesis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
