摘要
目前高校实验室在试验耗材采购管理过程普遍不被重视,同时存在品质与价格取向的矛盾及耗材采购与使用的脱节、存储分散、监管困难和废弃物处理不当等诸多问题。在耗材采购过程中通过提高管理意识、改进管理方法、创新管理模式等措施,以实现提高管理效率、降低采购成本、减少资源浪费、保护环境。
In the purchase and management of consumable materials used in studying lab at university, there exist so many problems such as the discrepancy between quality and price, the disjointing of the purchase and usage of consumable materials, dispersed storage, random placement, tough management and the improper disposals for the waste. This article proposed to enhance the management efficiency, reduce purchase cost, lessen resource waste and protect environment by advancing management consciousness, improving management methods, innovating management mode and so on.
