摘要
法学是一门实践性很强的学科,要求在教学过程中注意培养学生的"问题意识"。"问题意识"的培养目标是提高学生的法律素质,关注法律的精神层面。这就要求教师在教学内容和教学方法上必须加以改进。但培养"问题意识"不能简化为一个单纯的提问过程,而应把教学作为一个教师与学生的互动过程。
Law, a subject with strong practicality, demands the cultivation of students' "problem awareness" in its teaching process, which aims at the improvement of the students' law quality and their attention on the spiritual level of law. This requires the teachers' improvement both in their teaching contents and teaching methods. The cultivation, however, cannot be simplified as a single questioning process, but an interactive process between the teachers and the students.
