摘要
试验研究了稀硫酸常压预处理对纤维素酶水解麦秆的影响。试验结果表明:麦秆在温度为80℃、稀硫酸质量分数为4%、固液比(质量体积比,g/ml,下同)为12∶5的条件下水解4 h,再在温度为50℃、pH值为5.2、酶量/干物质为25 FPU/g、MgSO4/干物质为0.1 mg/g条件下水解12 h,葡萄糖得率为34.5%。经酸法—酶法处理的麦秆比未经酸处理直接酶解的麦秆的葡萄糖得率提高50%。
The impact factors of wheat straw pretreatment using dilute sulfuric acid and the enzymatic-hydrolysis of wheat straw after acid pretreatment were studied. Through the analysis of orthogonal experiment for the main factors, the optimal acid pretreatment conditions were: the wheat straw temperature is 80 %, the acid concentration of 4%, the ratio of solid mass to water is 1:25, the hydrolysis time is 6 h and the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were: at 50 ℃, pH value is 5.2, the amount of dry enzyme is 25 FPU with 0.1 mg of dry MgSO4/g, the hydrolysis time is 12 h, the experiment showed that the yield of glucose is 34.5%, which is 50% higher than that of wheat straw hydrolysis without acid pretreatment.
