THE DISTRIBUTION OF IMPURITIES IN THE PROCESS FOR OXIDATIVE DEHYDROGENATION OF BUTENE INTO BUTADIENE

摘要 考察了万吨级B-02铁系催化剂进行丁烯氧化脱氢生产丁二烯过程中的杂质生成量及其在各工序中的分布。结果表明,生产的杂质包括含氧有机化合物、炔烃和有机酸计14种组分,总真实收率为1.164%;其中主要是二聚物、乙烯基乙炔、苯和乙醛,其真实收率分别为0.361%、0.18%、0.214%和0.152%。从各工序的杂质分布表明,污水已达到排放标准;工艺流程中可省去洗醛装置,增加除炔烃装置。 The quantities of impurities generated and their distribution in different sections in a 10 000 t/a plant for oxidative dehydrogenation of butene into butadiene with B-02 ferric catalyst were investigated. The results showed that all together 14 impurities were generated,including oxygen-containing compounds, alkynes, and organic acids, and their total actual recovery was 1.164%. The major impurities and their respective actual recoveries were as follows: dimers 0.361%, ethyl-acetylene 0.18%, benzene 0.24% and acetaldehyde 0.152%. The distribution of impurities indicated that the plant effluent reached the discharge criteria, and the existing washing device for removal aldehydes was not necessary, but a device for removal of alkynes had to be added to the plant.
