摘要
该文以橡胶减振性能为出发点,通过阴离子开环共聚的方法,成功地将苯基侧链引入聚硅氧烷结构中,制成了一种减振用高阻尼硅橡胶。通过对比苯基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、氯化丁基橡胶等三种橡胶的阻尼性能和减振性能,进一步研究了橡胶的阻尼性能与减振效果的关系。实验结果表明,所制备的阻尼硅橡胶在较宽温度内具有良好的阻尼性能,是一种性能优良的减振用阻尼材料。
The damping and vibration isolation performances of silicone rubber were mainly investigated in this article. The influence of the content of phenyl on silicone rubber structure and properties was analyzed. The results indicated that the phenyl group brought the silicone rubber an improved damping property on a wide temperature range. By comparing the damping and vibration isolation properties of three different rubbers, a further study on the vibration-damping mechanism was investigated.
