摘要
利用多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWCNTs/GC),对除草剂敌草隆进行了电化学性质研究及快速检测,实验表明,MWCNTs修饰电极能有效地促进敌草隆在电极表面的电子传递速度,通过对敌草隆的电催化氧化作用,提高对敌草隆响应的灵敏度并有效降低敌草隆的检测限。以循环伏安法(CV)及示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了该修饰电极的电化学性质并优化了对敌草隆测定的最佳条件,结果表明MWCNTs/GC对敌草隆具有良好的催化氧化作用,在+0.97V处的敌草隆电流响应与其浓度在0.14-14.32μg/mL的范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检测限达0.03μg/mL(S/N=3);回收率检测实验表明,敌草隆标准样品在蔬菜样品中的回收率在94%~105%之间。该传感器灵敏度高、稳定性好,在环境监测、食品检验等领域中将具有很好的应用前途。
In this study ,multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)was used for fabrication of electrochemical sensor for the detection of herbicide diuron.It exhibited good electrochemical response at the MWCNTs electrods surface.The electrochemical characterization and voltammetric performance of diuron were evaluated by using Cyclic Voltammetric(CV)and Differential Pulse Voltammetric(DPV).tHE AMOUNT OF mwcnts AND pH of the electrolyte have been optimized.Under the optimized condition,electrochemica sensor modified with MWCNTs exhibited promising voltammetric performances,and the current response was well linear over the 0.14-14.32 μg/mL diuron range with the detection limit of 0.03μg/mL(S/N=3).The recoveries of diuron in samples are between 94% and 105%,which shows that it is a sensitive and stable method,and has promising application in food inspection.
