摘要
文章介绍了国外对于领导距离研究的相关文献,总结了区分领导距离三大维度,即:领导——下属之间的客观距离、可认知的领导——下属社交距离、可认知的领导——下属互动频率;近距离领导和远距离领导的特征和区别;以及领导距离对领导魅力的影响。最后,依据领导距离的三大维度对领导的风格进行了分类。
This paper reviews available literature and demonstrates that untangling the dynamics of the leadership influencing process is an understanding of leader-follower distance. We summarize distance in terms of three independent dimensions: leaderfollower physical distance, perceived social distance, and perceived task interaction frequency; the features and differences of distant leadership and close leadership; and the relationship of leadership distance and charisma. Finally, configural theory was used to present eight typologies of leader distance.
