简述了国外聚丁二烯橡胶催化体系——有机锂催化剂、过渡金属催化剂和稀土化合物催化剂的特点及近年来民主德国、日本、美国和苏联等国的研究进展;考察了催化剂类型和组成对转化率、产品分子结构、分子量分布、门尼粘度、冷流及凝胶等的影响。
The catalyst systems for polybutadiene rubber , such as organolithium catalysts , transition metal (Ti ,Co , Ni)catalysts and rare earth metal compounds catalysts ,and their recent advances abroad were reviewed with 45 references . The effects of catalyst type and chemical composition on the conversion ratio , molecular structure , molecular weight distribution , Mooney viscosity , cold flow and gel were investigated .
