摘要
随着城镇化进程的加快,非农建设占用土地特别是耕地日益突出,为了更好地保护有限的耕地资源,文章以临澧县为研究对象,采用多元回归分析法与通径分析相结合的研究方法,对促使地区建设用地增加驱动力进行了研究。文章通过运用SPSS统计软件,选取对影响临澧县建设用地的9个因素进行逐步回归分析,然后根据回归模型进行通径分析,确定了影响临澧县各类建设用地增长的主要驱动力,为科学地制定土地利用规划、更好地保护耕地资源提供科学依据。
Along with urbanization advancement quickening, the non- agricultural construction takes the land specially the fanning is day by day prominent, for the better protection limited fanning resources, the research urges the area land utilization is specially the driving influence mechanism which the construction uses to increase, this article uses the research technique in the research which the multiple regression analysis law and the latus rectum analysis unifies take Linli county as the object of study, to urged the local construction to use to increase the driving influence to conduct the research. The article through utilizes the SPSS statistics software, selects to affects Liuli county to construct with the place 9 factors carries on the gradually regression analysis, then carries on the latus rectum analysis according to the return model, bad determined affects main driving influence which Linli county each kind of construction uses to grow, for the science land utilization plan and the better protection farming resources provides the scientific basis.
