摘要
在基因工程的教学实践过程中,从"基因工程"的学科特点出发,总结纯理科的教学模式在生物化工专业应用的局限,不断改进,逐渐转变为从课程内容规划,教材配置,课程讲授形式,实验与理论课程并行到课程考察方法都更合理,具有鲜明特色的适合工科专业的"基因工程"课程教学模式。其目标是培养出具有基因操作理论知识,分子实验基本技能着重于产品开发的应用型人才。
The limitations of science teaching mode which applies to teaching of genetic engineering in industry science institute was summarized, based on disciplinary characteristics of genetic engineering. The optimal teaching mode which applies to teaching of genetic engineering in industry science institute was established gradually. The above teaching mode included five aspects: planning of course content, textbooks selection, exploring new teaching method, the simultaneity process of theories course and experiments, reforming examination methods. The goal of teaching mode was fostering applied talents who can empolder new product using theory and skill of experiments of genetic engineering.
