摘要
采用流动注射法测定水体中的Cd^2+,对实验条件进行优化,改变缓冲溶液的浓度和酸度、进样环体积、反应圈长度等条件,可以更好地提高灵敏度和准确度。本方法适用于现场实时监测,具备了快速、连续、自动、精密度好、抗干扰能力强等特点。线性范围为1~20μg·L^-1,回收率在94.35%-109.17%之间。
determine the quantity of cadmium through Flow injection analysis, many optimal experimental conditions were determined, which include the concentration of buffer solution, the length of reaction coil, loop volume and so on. This method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for determination online. The linear range was 1~20μg·L^-1 , and the recovery rate of water samples was between 94. 35 and 109. 17 percent.
