摘要
本文采用气相色谱法分析异丙甲草胺的含量，选用ＳＥ－３０固定液，ＣｈｒｏｍｓｏｒｂＷ－ＡＷＤＭＣＳ为担体制备色谱柱，以正二十一烷为内标物，方法的标准偏差为０１４％，变异系数为０２０％，异丙甲草胺的回收率在９９１６％～１００８０％之间。
Metolachlor was analyzed by GC on 5%SE-30/Chromsorb W-AW DMCS using n-Heneicosanc as internal standard.The method standard deviation was 0.14% and the coefficient of variation was 0.20%.The recovery was 99.16%～100.80%.
