摘要
利用DuPont 1090B热分析仪对AE-HLC型乳化炸药进行了差示扫描量热分析(DSC),通过动力学模型对测试结果进行了数据分析处理,求得了所测样品热分解的非等温反应动力学参数,并补充了等温DSC试验,以此为依据,对样品的热稳定性和内相容性以及炸药体系的反应释能特性进行了评价。
A differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis was made on AE -HLC type emulsion explosive by means of DuPont 1090B thermal analyzer. Test result was analyzed and processed with dynamics model in computer, and parameters of non-isothermal reaction kinetics of thermal decomposition for the samples were obtained. Furthermore, additional thermal DSC test was carried out. Based on the test results, an evaluation was made on the thermal stability and internal compatibility of samples, as well as the reaction energy release characteristics of the explosives system.
