摘要
用有限元法对铝合金车轮弯曲疲劳性能进行分析,能大大提高产品设计开发的质量和水平,增强设计功能,丰富设计手段;通过各种模拟试验,减少试验时间和经费,预先发现设计中潜在的问题,增强产品可靠性,并缩短产品开发周期,降低开发成本。
aluminium alloy wheel flexural fatigue property is analyzed by adoptind finite element method. This method can improve greatly in quality and standard of product design development. Strengthen design power, increase design facility, through various model test, it can reduce testing time and funds, find latent question in advance, increase product reliability, and realize to cut down product development period ,lower development cost.
