摘要
采用相转换法制备了以丙烯腈(AN)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为基质,添加纳米SiO2的复合聚合物电解质膜。通过FTIR、DSC-TG、XRD和SEM等方法对隔膜的结构和形貌进行了研究,分析了隔膜孔结构形成的机理。与空白隔膜相比,复合隔膜具有较致密的结构,有利于提高聚合物的电导率。在室温下,复合隔膜的离子电导率为3.7×10-3S/cm,电化学稳定窗口为4.8 V。
The composite polymer electrolyte membranes with acrylonitrile(AN)/methyl methacrylate( M MA) as substrate and adding nano SiO2 were prepared by phase inversion process. The structures and morphology of the membranes were studied by FTIR, DSC-TG,XRD and SEM methods. The pore formation mechanism of the membranes was analyzed. Compared with the blank membrane, the composite membrane which had more dense structure led to higher ionic conductivity. The ionic conductivity of the composite membrane was 3.7 ×10^-3 S/cm at room temperature, the electrochemical stability window was 4.8 V.
