基于锻造系统的弯曲件增量锻造

摘要 采用机器人与伺服压力机联动控制的方式,构建了锻造系统,在简单平面模具中进行长轴形棒材的弯曲成形试验。忽略金属的横向流动,推导出弯曲角度与压下次数及压下率之间的关系式。随后在锻造系统中进行了增量锻造试验,得到了弯曲形状试件。结果发现:在较高压下率和较多压下次数的情况下,试验结果与推导公式一致性较好;另外,更小的单次压下长度,可以得到更小的弯曲半径。 A forging system was constructed by the linkage control of robot and servo-press, and increment bending of shaft-shape part was studied with simple plane dies in this system. Based on neglecting the metal flow in wide direction, a calculating relationship equation of bending angle to forging times and compression ratio was prompted. Then the bending forming experiment was conducted in the system, and the bending parts were obtained. The results show that the calculating equation agrees with experimental data well when the compression ratio is higher and the number of compression times is larger. Moreover, the single compression length is smaller, the curvature radius is smaller.
