摘要
高等院校的学生工作应当针对当代大学生的特点,不断更新工作理念,与时俱进。破窗理论是精细化管理的最新成就,将它的观点引入高校学生工作,从优化环境、关注细节和重视预防这三方面着手,可以改进工作方法,提高工作质量,彰显高校培养人才、服务社会的作用。
College students＇ management work in colleges or universities should have interrupted updates of working concepts, and advance with the times, with reference to college students＇ physical and mental characteristics. Broken Window Theory is the latest achievement of meticulous management. An introduction of tiffs theory into college students＇ management work will definitely play a vital role in improving management work qualities, improving on work approaches and serving the whole society. This introduction should start with optimizing managing environment, being heedful of details and accentuating preventative measures.
