摘要
使用不同分子量的壳聚糖对羊毛织物进行整理,再用活性染料对整理后的羊毛织物染色,并借助SEM、FT-IR对纤维表面形貌和羊毛结构进行分析。结果表明壳聚糖和羊毛纤维发生了化学反应。随着壳聚糖质量分数的增加,K/S值逐渐增大,当壳聚糖分子量小于1万,质量分数为1%时,增色效果最为明显。低分子量壳聚糖整理的羊毛织物增色效果要好于高分子量的壳聚糖。壳聚糖整理对羊毛织物染色日晒牢度没有影响。
Wool fabric was treated by using different molecular weight of chitosan, and then was dyed with reactive blue dye. The surface characteristic and the structure of wool fabric were investigated by means of SEM and FTIR, and the K/S values of dyed fabrics were also tested. The results showed that the chemical reaction between the chitosan and the wool fiber happened. The maximum K/S value of dyed fabric was obtained when it was treated by chitosan whose viscosity average molecular weight was less than 10 000 and concentration was 1%. The lower the molecular weight of chitosan, the larger the K/S value of dyed fabric. The molecular weight of chitosan has no effect on the color fastness to light.
