链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病动物模型的体会 被引量：26

The Experience of Diabetes Animal Models Induced by STZ

摘要 链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导1型或2型糖尿病大鼠动物模型,是目前糖尿病动物实验研究中应用最多的方法.文献报道较多,但均未对模型建立的一些细节进行报道.在STZ建立糖尿病大鼠模型过程中所得到的一些启示和体会作一综述. Type 1 and 2 diabetes rats induced by streptozotocin （STZ） are the most popular models in the research .There are few reports about the detail of how to made the diabetes animal models. This review is our revelation and experience which is gained in the process of making diabetes animal models Induced by STZ.
