摘要
目的:探讨心理-医学-学校综合方法对中学生心理问题的干预效果。方法:选择两所有代表性的学校初、高中学生8个班为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组。干预前后均进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试。结果:实验组经过两年综合干预,心理问题检出率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组干预前后SCL-90总分、总均分、各因子分有明显差异(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论:综合干预能有效减少中学生心理问题发生,并提高其心理健康水平。
Objective :To investigate the effects of comprehensive intervention on psychological problems in middle school ctudents. Methods:Two typical schools were selected, which were dividel into two groups randomly.the students filled out symptom check list(SCL- 90) befor and after intervention.Results:The detectable rate in former group was obviously lower than that of the latter one after two years comprehensive intervention (P〈0.01).The scores before and after intervention were more significant (P〈0.01 or〈0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention is effective and improve the health level of mentality in psychological problems among middle school students.
