摘要
目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定雪隆胶囊中东莨菪素含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Phenomenex C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-四氢呋喃溶液（四氢呋喃：水=1：13，用醋酸调pH2．5），梯度洗脱，检测波长为346nm。结果：东莨菪素检测浓度在5-30μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率为99．71％，RSD=1.11％（n=6）。结论：本法简便、准确、精密度高、重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Scopoletin in Xuelong capsules, METHODS： HPLC method was adopted with a Phenomenex C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol- tetrahydrofuran solution （tetrahydrofuran ： water = 1 ： 13） with a flow rate of 1 mL · min ^-1 （gradient elution）. The detection wavelength was 346 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of Scopoletin was 5-30 μg · mL^ -1. The average recovery was 99.71% （RSD = 1.11%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION ： The method is simple, accurate, precise and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Xuelong capsules.
