摘要
采用间苯三酚分光光度法测定了35份我国西南地区荞麦种子中的戊聚糖含量,结果表明,不同材料间戊聚糖含量差异明显,平均含量变化范围为3.41%~11.41%。对不同地区来源的荞麦品种戊聚糖含量分布情况的比较发现,西藏荞麦的戊聚糖含量偏低,且变异较小。地方品种和区试品种的戊聚糖含量比较发现,区试品种的戊聚糖含量变异范围比地方品种大。筛选出了具有较高和较低戊聚糖含量的荞麦样品,可为高、低戊聚糖荞麦育种提供优良亲本资源。
Pentosan content of tartary buckwheat variety from southwest China was measured by Phloroglucinal Spectrophotometric Method. The results suggested that tartary buckwheat from south-west China had a wide range of pentosan content. The average content of different varieties varied from 3.41% to 11.41%. Significant differences of pentosan content were found in different varieties. Several samples with high or low pentosan content found in this paper could be used as good germplasm in high or low pentosan content buckwheat breeding program.
