摘要
以大葱为试验材料、KNO3为引发剂,研究其引发作用及持续时间。结果表明,KNO3对大葱种子具有引发效果,但引发的时效性因检测指标而变。引发可显著提高大葱种子活力,且对发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数的影响可分别保持1、2、3个月时间;引发对大葱种子酶活性的影响极其显著,但短暂,对SOD、CAT影响仅保持1个月时间,而对脱氢酶、POD则不足1个月;引发可显著降低膜透性,对浸出液可溶性糖的影响保持1个月,而对相对电导率则不足1个月。而在降低种子有毒物质方面,对H2O2引发效果仅能保持1个月,对MDA无作用。
Study the effects and timeliness of priming in. KNO3 on Welsh onion seeds. The results showed that thereg effect in priming of KNO3, but timeliness varied with index tested. The priming evidently improved the vigor of seeds, and can keep 1,2 and 3 month to the germination rate, germination index and the vigor index respectively. The enzymes activities increased significantly but the timeliness kept 1 month only to the SOD and CAT, but to dehydrogenase, POD not enough 1 month. The priming reduced cell membrane osmosis significantly , and kept not enough 1 month to the relative electric conductivity towards immersing the contents of soluble sugar for 1 month. The priming decreased contents of poisonous materials of seed, the effect of H2 02 kept only 1 month, no effect to the MDA.
