摘要 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT灌注成像对原发性肝癌血供评价的应用价值。方法:对17例原发性肝癌行多层螺旋CT灌注成像扫描,分别算出肿瘤组织、瘤旁组织及正常肝组织肝血流量(HBF)、肝血容量(HBV)、平均通过时间(MTT)、毛细血管通透性(PS)、肝动脉供血分数(HAF)、肝动脉灌流量(HAP)、门静脉灌流量(PVP)。结果:肿瘤组织、瘤旁组织及正常组织灌注参数中HBF、MTT、HAF、HAP差异有显著性意义。结论:多层螺旋CT灌注成像技术对评价原发性肝癌血流动力学具有重要价值,其中HBF、MTT、HAF、HAP可用于定量评价肝癌血供情况。 Objectives.To study the value of 16-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging to evaluate the blood supply of hepatoeellular carcionma (HCC). Methods: 16-slice spiral CT hepatic perfusion scans were performed in 17 patients with HCC. In the HCC tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal liver tissues, H BF, HBV, MTT, PS, H AF, HAP and PVP were calculated. Results:There was significant difference in HBF, MTT, HAF and HAP among HCC tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal liver tissues. Conclusion: 16-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging technique may be a safe and effective method to evaluate the hemodynamics of HCC. HBF, MTT, HAF and HAP can be used to quantitatively estimate the blood supply of HCC.
