危重病人急性肾功能衰竭的管理

摘要 危重病人易发生急性肾功能衰竭（ARF），且ARF是导致危重病人死亡的独立危险因素。ARF管理的目的是提高病人的治愈率和生存率，主要包括：①对有发生ARF高危因素的人群尽早介入、早期预防和早期诊断；②阻断ARF发生后的持续损伤；③并发症的预防和管理；④ARF病人的营养问题；⑤肾脏病理学检查和多学科协作管理。
