摘要
运用开放式问卷对94名学生和13名教师调查了高校教师的专业素质。结果表明:(1)高校教师的专业素质由知识素质(包括广博知识和专业知识)、技能素质(包括教学技能、育人技能和科研技能)和专业态度(包括工作态度、人格特征和师生关系)三个方面构成;(2)学生与教师对教师专业素质认同存在一定的差异。为了进一步了解高校教师专业素质,本文对其相对重要性进行了排序。
Results are got from 94 students and 13 teachers through an open - ended questionnaire: ( 1 ) The professional quality of university teachers involves three aspects, namely knowledge quality (including general knowledge and professional knowledge), skill quality (including teaching skill, cultivating skill and academic skill) and professional attitude (including working attitude, personality trait and relationship between teacher and student). (2) The identification from the perspective of students and teachers about the professional quality has significant difference in some dimensions. The paper lists the importance of professional quality in order to further understand it.
