摘要 利用FLUENT软件建立了射流流量计的三维结构模型,并对射流流量计的流量特性进行了仿真研究.在不同雷诺数条件下通过对流场的观测,分析了射流振荡的过程;通过监测分流劈两边的流速,获得了流体的振荡频率,建立了流速与振荡频率的函数关系,并分析了流量计的压力损失.该方法可为射流流量计的结构改进和优化设计提供一种有效的途径. The three-dimensional structure of the fluidic flowmeter was established with FLUENT software. The flow characteristics of the fluidic flowmeter were studied. Fluidic oscillation of the process was analyzed by the investigation of the flow field inside the flowmeter at different Reynolds numbers. Meanwhile, the flowrate near both sides of the target was monitored. The fluid vibration frequency was obtained. The relationship between the velocity of fluid and the vibration frequency was established and pressure loss was analyzed in the simulation condition. An effective way for improving and optimizing the designed structure of the fluidic flowmeter can be provided by the method.
