摘要
帕金森病是常见的中枢神经系统变性疾病,其具体的病因、发病机制尚未完全清楚,目前也暂无法根治。本文就帕金森病的病因、致病因素、发病机制、影像学诊断、药物治疗、手术治疗、组织细胞移植治疗、基因治疗等的临床研究及其展望进行综述。
Parkinson＇s disease is the common degencrative disease of central nervous system, its specific etiology and pathogenesis are not entirely clear yet, and it is also unable to be cured radically at present. This article reiews clinical researches and prospect of parkinson＇s disease from its etiology, pathogenic factor, pathogenesis, diagnostic imaging, drug therapy, surgery therapy, the tissue and cell transplantation treatment and the gene therapy.
