摘要
介绍了邯钢冷轧厂所引进的ANDRITZ酸再生生产工艺;结合该厂酸再生运行情况,分析了影响酸再生副产氧化铁粉质量的因素;并提出了提高氧化铁粉质量的方法且加以实施,使氧化铁粉质量达到生产软磁用粉标准。
The article introduces the process of hydrochloric acid regeneration introduced from ANDRITZ by hangang cold rolling mill. The influence factors of ferric oxide powder quality are analyzed and the method to improve quality of ferric oxide powder is adopted. The ferric oxide powder quality of our factory has been up to the standard of production of soft magnetic material by adjustment the factors.
