摘要
由于天然砂资源逐步短缺,建筑工程大量使用天然细砂与人工砂等混合砂,应用常见的聚羧酸系减水剂难以配制出高性能混凝土。试验研究采用常规混凝土生产工艺,原材料均为有代表性的材料,通过对比不同分子结构的聚羧酸系减水剂的应用性能,说明选用缓释型的新一代聚羧酸系减水剂,可以较好适应建筑工程中黏土质人工砂的使用问题。
The sand mixing with natural fine sand and artificial sand is widely used in construction engineering due to lack of natural sand resource,this leads to a problem of hardly producing HPC with normal polycarboxylate water reducer, In the experimental study,conventional concrete production process and representative mate, rials were adopted[. By contrast with application performance of polycarboxylate water reducer with different molecular structure, it showed thai,the new generation of slow release type polycarboxylate water reducer could be used to solve the adaptability problem of artificial sand application in construction engineering.
