摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的日益严重,农村养老问题引起了人们更多的关注。由于目前我国农村的经济发展水平相对低,农民的思想观念及组织程度等多方面与城市存在着差距,这客观上决定了农村和城市养老模式的不同。通过对家庭养老和社会养老概念的区分及结合对我国农村经济、文化等方面的现实考察,文章认为双元养老模式是我国农村养老的最优选择,现阶段应着重提高家庭养老的保障能力,同时积极采取措施促使向社会养老的转化。
With the aging of China＇ s population growing, more attention is paid to the old caring in rural areas. As the level of economic development in rural areas is relatively low, and there is a gap between farmer＇ s concept and organizational level and those of the city people, the old caring model in rural area will be different from that in cities. By distinguishing the concept of family old caring and the social old caring, and inspecting the rural economy and culture, we consider that dual mode of the old caring is the best choice for the old in the rural areas. At present, we should enhance the protection capacity of family old caring and at the same time, we should also actively take some measures to make it transform into the social old caring mode.
