摘要
目的研究维吾尔药牛舌草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验确定各因素的影响大小,确定维吾尔药牛舌草中总黄酮的最佳提取条件,通过紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果乙醇浓度对维吾尔药牛舌草中总黄酮的提取影响作用最大,牛舌草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇75%;料液比1∶6;温度90℃;提取2次,1.5 h/次。结论该研究可为牛舌草总黄酮工业化提取提供理论依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Anchusa italica Retiz. Methods The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometer, The influence of each factor was measured by orthogonal experiments. Resuits The concentration of ethanol had the greatest effect on the extraction of total flavonoids. The optimal condition was as follows：75 % ethanol,90℃, 1：6 （W/V） and extracting 2 times （ 1.5 h each time）. Conclusion This study provides the theory basis for the industrial production.
