摘要
为研究在缩短交货提前期费用共担条件下,由2个零售商和1个供应商组成的供应链决策问题,建立供应商先公布交货提前期零售商再决定其订购量的决策模型.证明该模型中的供应商和零售商均存在1个最优决策,通过计算给出使供应链总成本最小的基于缩短交货提前期费用共担的交货策略和零售商与供应商的费用分担比例.结合具体算例,证实上述模型的实用性和有效性.
Considering the sharing of delivery time crashing cost, the decision-making of a supply chain consisting of one supplier and two retailers, and the decision model is presented in which the supplier declares delivery lead time first, and then the retailer determines order quantity is studied. It shows that there exist the optimal decisions for both supplier and retailers. The proposed model presents the delivery strategy based on lead time crashing cost sharing and lead time crashing cost sharing proportion by retailers and supplier in order to minimize the total supply chain cost. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
