摘要
本文系统地论述了齐齐哈尔市地下水资源分布特征、变化规律和地表水资源状况。采用最近统计资料，对齐齐哈尔市水资源的开发利用现状及潜力进行了分析论述。针对水资源开发利用中存在的问题提出了一系列对策。
The paper systematicly discusses the distribution and variation of groundwater resources condition.of surface water resources,According to the latest statistical data,present situation and potentiality about development and utilization of water resources of Qiqihar is analysed and discussed,Countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with problems of development and utilization of water resources are advanced in the paper for the reference of departments of water resources management and policy making.
