摘要
铅是有毒的重金属,其污染主要来源于颜料、铅蓄电池、矿冶、电镀及印刷电路版制作等作业。铅在人和动植物中具有蓄积稳定性,进入人体后很难排除;停留体内对人的中枢神经系统和骨骼造成伤害,早已引起医学界重视,被列为严格控制排放的第一类污染物。含铅废水脱铅的处理方法有:中和沉淀法,离子交换树脂,膜渗透法,絮凝法、生物处理等^[1-7]。其中最常用的是中和沉淀法,此法需要调节pH值为9~10才有较好的效果,因为铅是两性物质,环境的pH变化导致氢氧化铅沉淀的再度溶解,若将该固体废物用填埋处理则增加了二次污染的风险。
A type of polymer containing hydroximic acid groups that acts as heavy metal chelating agent was prepared. The effects of treatment time, pH value and the amount of chelating agent on the eliminating of Pb^2+ in wastewater were investigated. The eliminatimg ratio is 99. 62% under the condition of pH 6. 5 -7 ,polymer eliminating agent being 1.6 times of calculating amount, and treating time 50 min. This polymer eliminating agent forms trapping products with Pb^2+, and the concentration of its maceration extract by water is 1/146 that of the neutralization method's. The reactive mechanism of Pb2~ with polymer eliminator contining hydroximic acid groups was suggested.
