摘要
目的观察阿奇霉素治疗小儿恙虫病的疗效。方法应用阿奇霉素治疗小儿恙虫病30例并和四环素对照组及氯霉素进行比较。结果三组在主要临床表现消失时间上有显著性差异(P<0.01),而治愈率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗儿童恙虫病效果好而副作用少。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of azithromycin on children with scrub typhus . Method： 30 cases scrub typhus were treated with azithromycin white other 60 cases were treated with acheemycin or chloromycetin. Results： There was a significant difference in principal manifestation remission time, But there was no siignificant difference in cure rate of the three groups. Conclusion： Azithromycin has a well curative effect but little ill effect in the treatment of children＇s scrub typhus.
