摘要
提出了一种针对红外水分仪的DSP+FPGA的高速数字架构。Spartan II FPGA实现了高速数据通道及通信,浮点DSP TMS320C6713则专注于水分计算和错误控制,该设计解决了传统水分仪速度慢、精度低和稳定性不高的缺点,实验表明,该实时数据采集系统工作稳定、可靠,满足了总体指标要求。
The architecture of a high-speed infrared moisture instrument data sample system is proposed. Spartan II FPGA realize high-speed data channel and communication, and floating DSP 6713 realize moisture arithmetic and error control. The design resolves the conventional moisture instrument'problems: low speed, low precision and low stability. The experimental results show that the real-time data sample system can work reliablv and stablv, and attain to the demand of high-performance system.
